5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any personal information shared during our consultations. However, in cases where disclosure is required by law or for the protection of individuals, confidentiality may not be guaranteed.

6. Code of Conduct

Users of our services are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously towards our consultants and other clients. Any form of abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

7. Payment and Fees

All services are subject to fees as specified on our website or agreed upon during consultation. Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the fee.
• No-shows or cancellations less than 2 hours before the appointment will be charged the full fee.
• Refunds for packages or long-term services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

DISHA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Your use of our services is at your own risk.
